HAHA788 | Biddeford Free Clinic (BFC) is dedicated to providing free, accessible outpatient medical care to adults and children in the Biddeford, Maine area who lack health insurance and cannot afford private medical services. Rooted in the spirit of "neighbors helping neighbors," our clinic exists to ensure that a lack of insurance never stands between someone and the healthcare they need.

Our services include general medical care, non-narcotic medication, chronic disease management, diagnostic testing (lab and radiology), health education, and prescription assistance. Through our affiliated Dental Wellness Center, BFC patients also have access to essential dental care, addressing needs that often go unmet for uninsured individuals.

BFC is designed specifically for individuals without any form of medical insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare, or private coverage. If you're uninsured and unable to afford private medical care, our clinic is here to help — regardless of your background or circumstances.

Walk-in patients are welcome during our clinic hours, 6 PM to 9 PM, with arrival recommended by 5:00 PM as patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. All visits and medical records are kept strictly confidential, so you can seek care with complete peace of mind.
