The Dental Wellness Center

In many cases dental care is not identified with health care. It is not covered by medical insurance, it is not covered by Medicare. Thanks to the dedication and persistence of the volunteers of the Biddeford Free Clinic and the Dental Wellness Center we are proud to offer dental care alongside the wonderful medical care that has been offered for so many years. Partnering with Community Dental and their state of the art facility, our clinic is able to provide patients of the Biddeford Free Clinic with needed dental services including examinations, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, root canals on select teeth, extractions, and partial and complete dentures. Over 80 volunteers have come forward to provide needed services, some traveling great distances after already working a full day in their private offices. The Dental Wellness Center is proud to serve its patients under the cause and mission of the Biddeford Free Clinic and we hope to do so for years to come.

The clinic operates on the first Tuesday and the third Thursday of every month from 6:00 to 9:00PM. It is by appointment only for patients of the Biddeford Free Clinic. After being seen by a physician, patients may place their name on a list for when an examination appointment is available. Demand is high and thus there is a waiting period.
